about
was written specifically for my guardian who looked after me in my late teens. She died of motor neurone disease and this song struggles with every aspect of the disease, the fact it was happening to her not me, yet my grief was also at the front.

This is the sort of punk album 99% of US acts would give their left nut to put out!! And TR brings an outstanding melodic element and some cracking vocals and lyrics! What a great collection of tunes!!! Get this album up ya, and then pass it on to your gen Z kids, mates!!! Ralph Douglas
